Transport

Transport, especially road transport is significantly liable for the deterioration of the state of environment in the recent decades. Transport is a major source of air pollution, Green House Gas emission and noise pollution.

Transport should be regulated in a way to promote environmentally friendly modes of transportation and should be limited in terms of its ecological footprint. Therefore J&E made a legal analysis and also focused on a particular case: the Danube Oder Elbe Canal project.
