In advance, it can be said that in general, the major problems in all areas are transposition to national legislation and actual implementation of the legislation. In some cases there are other issues as well.

The structure of J&E, the scope of its members’ activities and our experience in the field of law and EU environmental Law in particular, provide added value and allow us to examine these issues from a broad perspective.
