IPPC
Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) is a long way of saying better technology will result in less pollution. The EU’s IPPC directive aims to reduce pollution caused by industry. Effective and correct use of the IPPC will contribute to reducing greenhouse emissions; it is thus a way of helping control climate change.
