Via Iuris

J&E in Slovakia is represented by VIA IURIS, (former CEPA, established in 1992) that works on the local, national and international levels. The staff comprises 3 full-time lawyers (one a litigating attorney and member of the Bar of Advocates), 2 part-time lawyers (one of which is also a member of the Bar of Advocates) and one law student who regularly contributes to the VIA IURIS programme. VIA IURIS has one financial manager, who is responsible also for technical and website issues and works internally. Via Iuris works with an external expert on sustainable urban development and municipal issues externally. Similar co-operation has been set up with nature protection, EIA, chemical policy and GMO experts.
