How do we work?

All legal work is done by J&E lawyers, who at the same time work in J&E member organisations in their respective countries. J&E is managed by its Executive Committee, consisting of representatives of its full members and being led by the Chair of J&E, and a Coordinator, responsible for day-to-day management of the organisation, assisted by a Financial Manager and Accountant in financial issues.

In addition to full members, J&E has associate members who also participate in J&E activities, but are more loosely tied to it and do not take part in management of J&E.

Being an association, J&E meets one or two times a year at the General Meeting of members, where choices about strategic and work topics are made.
